Eligibility for Refunds

Product Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of items are exempt from being returned or refunded, including but not limited to:

Customized products where the issue is not related to a printing or material defect.
Gift cards.
Downloadable software products.
Perishable goods.

How to Request a Refund

Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the product defect.
Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, including a return address.
Processing Refunds
Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, or items missing parts not due to our error).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.

Shipping Returns

To return your product:

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Insurance: If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
